This section is a must read kind of thing. I don’t want to be pushy about my site rules by pasting them all over the place, so I’ve condensed all of that information here. Guidelines about recoloring, file-sharing, use for the Exchange and other stuff. It won’t take you very long to read it and if you don’t speak English, email me and I’ll translate it for you. ^_-
If you decide to post my things on your site and you’ve not obtained my permission, the “I didn’t know I couldn’t do that” excuse won’t hold any water because it’s all spelled out here.
Also, it’s been brought to my attention that a few sites have copied my tutorial text and other text verbatim onto their sites and I’d like to take a second to remind everyone what plagiarism is.

All of the skins and artwork on this site is created by me, Sarhra Massoglia, unless otherwise noted. Please do not modify and or redistribute my files/textures. Please don't use parts of my skins in your own.

Please note that I will not provide you with game support, you can get that from Maxis. I only offer limited support of my files…very limited. I’ve put basic instructions on how to use the files on this site, so please read them before you email me asking me what Winrar is.
 
Other things to consider

Once upon a time I made this really pretty pink layout and I was very proud…then about 2 weeks later, another site took my layout, changed the color and added their logo…that’s just not right. I designed this site…and you MAY NOT use any graphics or code from it. Do NOT hijack my layout.
My artwork is protected by my copyright (whether some people like it or not, things drawn by me are MINE...no effing EULA about it), so please, please, pretty please don’t steal.

Fileshare Info


**Sims by Sarhra is file-share friendly. What does this mean? Well, it means that my files (non-donation) may be distributed through any one of the following file-share communities: Simbella's Hangout, Seabree's (Community File Share) and Neighborhood 99's POBS. This does NOT mean you can put my files for download on your own website or submit them to The Sims Resource. I do ask that the files remain in their original format and that my readme text stays with the file.

†I have NO problems with people using my non-donation files in their sims on the Exchange or at MTS2 and personal sim fan sites. There are a few rules that I ask that you abide by if you decide to use my things:

•You may NOT alter my files to suit your own taste/use (no recoloring them because I made it pink and you wanted it purple).
• My tool tip text MUST be intact, you may not remove my name or site url from the file.
• You can’t chop my skins up and use bits and parts … please don’t do this

A link back and credit are appreciated greatly.

One thing I also ask that you not do is use my clothing in banner images for your site (if it's a site with downloads, other sites like story, photo and link sites are okay). It's a little misleading to your visitors.
