Hey, sorry it's been so long between updates guys. I got busy making new things, then I got Nightlife and was sucked in. ^_^ This update should make up for that though. This update marks the return of the clothing. Yay! I’ve added: 1 pair of jeans, 1 pair of denim gauchos, 2 complete boho outfits and 4 tops (hehe, four tops…) for you. I hope you enjoy these skins, because I love them.
I’ve also added: 6 pairs of earrings, 4 necklaces and 10 eyeshadows.
See, I told you I was sorry. ^_^ This update adds nearly everything in the current preview section, save for some makeup…which will be added tomorrow or Wednesday. I’m also getting all of the older clothing around, as well as new simmies and even more makeup & jewelry.

I’m also opening up another site…did I tell you that? Well, consider yourselves told! *grin* The new site is called Simology (yeah, I know it’s used in the game, but I’ve had that domain registered for almost 2 years, so ha) and it will contain all of my walls, flooring & objects that I’ve made. I wanted to keep SBS for skin-type items, so I thought another site would be the best solution to keeping everything separate and organized. I’ve got the layout all done and ready to go, now I just need to gather all of the downloads. Which is easier said than done…I’ve got literally hundreds of things…so it’s been a little overwhelming, but it’ll be worth it.

So, enjoy this update and like I said, I’ll be updating again this week with new downloads and previews. I’ve also got two more tutorials ready to go, so keep your eyes open for them too. Oh, and have you been to WDS lately?! If not, you should get your butt over there…There’s been 23 updates for far this month with no end in sight. BriAnna has added two great remakes of her famous sims1 eateries and lots more. New hair mesh, makeup and Julia’s eyes…so go…^_^

Well, I redid a few things...like some screen shots and such, nothing too major. It was silly to have separate pictures for each makeup item, takes up space and so on, so I changed things up a bit. I also added some new downloads (5 new green eyecolors, 3 earrings, 2 necklaces, a set of shimmery eyeshadows and a set of lip colors) so there's plenty of new stuff for you. I also added some previews of upcoming downloads.

Also, when you click on a page and it comes up blank, there isn't anything there yet. I enabled the links because it makes site building easier for me but there isn't anything there yet. Empty pages are: all clothing pages, all sim pages, the skintone page and the hair page. Please be patient with me, because I am working hard to fill the pages with new stuff as well as bringing back the older stuff (yes, I AM going to repost all of the older skins, makeups and genetics...but I have to take new pictures of them first. There's a lot of stuff, so it's going to take me a little while).

Yes, you read right, there are new downloads. I've added 8 dark & autumny colored eyeshadows, 6 cheek stain blushes (the pics look a little yellow, but they don't look like that in the game), 4 darker lip colors, 3 pairs of earrings using Dr. Pixel's Alpha mesh (You can go to Blue Fly and buy them for you too), 2 necklaces using Dr. Pixel's Alpha mesh (HK necklace is from Neiman Marcus and the silver disk can be found at Blue Fly), 3 wooden bead necklaces (using the Chunky Beads mesh by Lola) and a pink and camel argyle scarf (using the new scarf mesh from Simply Elau, buy the real one at J.Crew).
I'll be adding more things tonight & tomorrow and I'll also be adding some previews of some new clothing and hair. ^_^ Make sure you grab the meshes from the sites linked for the accessories so that they'll work in your game! Oh, I've also added 10 eye colors (5 blues and 5 browns).

Everything went very smoothly and I now have everything re-installed and running GREAT. As you can guess, I'm more than happy about the fact that I have a functioning computer again AND I'm able to make stuff with Body Shop...COOL! I'm still torn about how I'm going to do screenshots. I need a solid color CAS screen but have been unable to find one and too lazy (story of my life) to make one. But it will get done. I'm working on getting some genetics and things (previews and some other small stuff) up today tho, so there will be content shortly. ^_^

On an unrelated note, my sister Becky, went into the hospital last night and ended up getting her appendix removed. I know she won't be able to read this till she gets home but: I love you Bec. <3

Yeah, the old one looked cool, but it was also slow loading and it was taking up more bandwidth than I really wanted it to...so it's back to basics, kind of. Besides, keeping it simple allows me to change it more often and (if you haven’t guessed by now) I like change.
I have lots of new things that I need to finish up and I have to make new preview pics of the old stuff and I can't do that right yet because my computer is in pretty bad shape (long story). Now I have to go through the process of backing up 3 hard drives and reformating...how fun. I should be able to get XP reloaded tonight and I can start re-installing all of my software in the morning and that mean Body Shop WILL work again. I've not been able to create anything in a long time (read: 3 months) and it's honestly gotten me down on the whole Sims thing. But I still the spark to create and that's what really matters, right? I've got well over 100 small things to add to the site (eyes, makeup and hair) and I've got more than 20 new clothing items from earlier in the summer that need to be rar-ed up and uploaded, so even though this computer thing is going to be a huge pain in the arse, it will be worth it. So, just sit tight and things will be back to normal around here soon and I will be able to update as often as I'd like to...which means more stuff for your game.
The simmies you see in the pictures on the right are my new Legacy family. ^_^ Aren’t they lovely? There’s Ella, Eiri, Adrian and Allison (the guy with the green hair is none other than Castor Nova and the olive skinned girl is a favorite sim of mine, Eva). If there’s an interest, I’ll make them available for download along with their saga.
